Refund policy

RETURNS

Our first priority is our customers, as such, we will do everything in our power to ensure that you're satisfied. Take a moment to review our approach to returns and exchanges, which details how we might best serve you.

Apparel
Defective or Damaged Apparel can be returned up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, for an exchange, refund, or replacement. 

Drinkware 
Defective or Damaged Drinkware can be returned up to 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, for and exchange, refund, or replacement.

Coffee 
Coffee can be returned up to 15 calendar days from the date of purchase. If there is physical damage to the package or you feel it is unsafe to consume, bags of coffee can be returned for equal exchange of the same blend (or a similar blend of equal or lesser value). Coffee, at this time, cannot be returned for credit or refund.

• Include your order number.
• The item(s) you would like to return/exchange.
• The reason for your return.
• If requesting an exchange, let us know which item you would like in exchange. If you are not requesting an exchange please indicate, “N/A”.

Once we have received your request, we will review and respond with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return is accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be applied.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund after a period of 7-10 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your Bank or Credit Card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your exchange is accepted, your requested item will be processed, packed, and shipped. 

Exchange/Return Shipping
You are responsible for shipping costs when returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
